Can I see my packets before they're final?
Absolutely. We build in a test environment, send you a sample packet to walk through, and iterate based on your feedback before pushing to your account.
What's the PDF Overlay add-on?
By default we build clean, modern forms (Tier A). The Overlay add-on maps responses onto your original PDF layout so the filed record looks identical to your paper form.
Do you offer ongoing support?
The Starter Package includes 30 days of email support. All other tiers include support through delivery. After that, our Help Center and contact form are always available.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Minor tweaks are usually free. Additional revision rounds are billed at $150/hour, agreed in writing beforehand.
